visited Alishan in Taiwan on a foggy Autumn morning. The light wasn't the prettiest but the fresh air cool weather during the hike more than made up for it. More photos to come soon once I get them sorted out

Ayutthaya on Film

Disclaimer: Photos of the elephants were taken in an elephant sanctuary near Ayutthaya. They are a non profit organization that took care of old retired elephants who had led tough lives and also help with the birth of baby elephants in face of their extinction. I have long heard of cruelty to these intelligent creatures inflicted upon by humans in this part of the world but this was different. While I do not personally believe that such a grand and magnificent beauty should be used as a literal joyride for humans, it is still very much embedded in this country's culture.

it's great to know that Hongkong still has a strong film community, scans were done by a lab in Hongkong with a 1 hour turn around which is such a luxury these days.
